Dear Human,

Self-talk is the most potentially disastrous and personally powerful habit you will ever practice. It develops your character quietly, slowly, and yet with great force. It molds your perspective. It affects your relationships with others. It even makes you happy or sad.

I wonder what you tell yourself all day long.

In order to live a life of love and courage, it is imperative to have a great relationship with you. It is deeply necessary to love yourself. Body, soul, and mind.

Start a self-conversation today that is focused on your natural and learned strengths instead of your negative and discouraging dispositions.

Remember you are an outcome of intelligent design. You are important to everything that is. Your daily thoughts, emotions, and actions make a difference to existence.

When you change the subject matter of your inner dialogue, you will experience a most interesting phenomena. Transformation.
