WHEN HURT HURTS TO MUCH

Dear Human,

When hurt feels like it hurts too much and your mind begins to believe that you just can’t do another moment of this living as a human being, remember this.

You are stronger than you think and very capable of converting misery into meaning. Pain won’t kill you my beloveds, though it might often feel as if it will crush you to death by the weight it presses upon your being. If you let it though, you will find that it can make the you who is comprised of love, kindness, compassion, and peace, a stronger and wiser person. You will be able to give away to others at minimum empathy, and at maximum a lasting imprint of beauty upon their hearts and mind.

Love,
Your Fellow Time Traveler ~
Sheri
