Dear Human,

You don’t always have to be strong to be powerful. Sometimes your strength can be expressed in what may appear as weakness. Sometimes you might need to fall apart to fall back together the way you were meant to truly be. Sometimes falling off the beaten path lands you on a new and better track.
Everyone has days when you cannot quiet the madness in your mind. You will absolutely sense fear, experience self-doubt, believe that you cannot go on, and feel like you can no longer hold onto your very own strong. But you will. And you will also have days when your beautiful mind cannot focus on your responsibilities, or when you want to stay in bed and not go outside all day. Occasionally you might find yourself crying in front of people, exposing your tiredness, sensitivity, irritability, or even your tender vulnerability.

These days are okay too dear ones.

Taking care of yourself means giving yourself permission to fall apart when you need to. No one assigned you the job of being perpetual pillars of strength. The fact that you are still here is proof that you are strong. And your magical, mystical, miraculous power continues to reside in you especially as you find the courage to be afraid. How can you not be? The unknown can be terribly frightening sometimes. But letting yourself be scared and vulnerable is okay. Because it too is a part of your strength as the amazing, rare, and noble human being. Believe in the magic of you my beloveds. You are galaxies of pure life.
