WASHING AWAY SORROW

Dear Human,

You wonder if you’ll ever find your way through pain again, asking yourself if things could truly change.

Yet all the earth and heavens are trying so hard to show you the answer. Everything is dying and decaying, yet in so doing only to be born again.

So could all that you’ve lost to hardship and suffering ever be re-found? Will flowers spring from your broken heart and refill your life’s fragile and beautifully tender ground?

The answer is deep within, and also far out.

Look at the stars, moons and galaxies displaying their antiquity right before you. Proclaiming without words a deep and sacred hope in their eternal energy. Declaring that something new is always springing up … and flowing out from … the old growth of this brilliant universe. For out of chaos, life is being found and formed in the sanctuary of your infinite essence.
Lend your attention therefore, only to that which you wish to be free from. Hold your hope tightly, knowing that like everything else, this moment too shall pass.

You my beloveds, are the rare and noble humans who have confounded intelligence as the world knows it. You are filled with glorious wisdom and breathtaking understanding, and the more you suffer, breaking open the wounds and cleansing the sores born of catastrophic and unfortunate events, the more your stunning light of love pours out from your spectacular soul.

What a wonder it is to feel joy after the washing of sorrow. What a miracle it is to experience peace when the chaos has run its course.

No more worries then, for Source makes beautiful things out of dust. God makes magnificent things out of your trust. Marvelous you, you have only just begun and will never be through. You are serene peace, stunning grace and an effervescent spring of love. Messy, complicated, fragile and a little broken. This is the amazing and eternal you.

Love,
Your Fellow Space Traveler ~
Sheri

All is well my friend. It makes me happy that you are spending more time with nature than with the computer!

Hello, darlin’ girl. Yes, I’m still out here (sometimes), but not as often right now as before. Life, it seems has been keeping me too busy. Or is it just that the weather is too nice to sit indoors at a computer for more than 5 minutes !!!!! Hope all is well with you and yours. Let me know… Hugs ! ………………………. πŸ™‚

Thank you Mark. I was in the forest and saw a new tree growing right out of a dead and decaying tree, and it just made me think. And that is how this letter came about. Stay well sweet man. ❀️

  5. Beautifully written wise lady. Among the deaths of seasons, flowers and the human heart, are the new beginnings of a rebirth, flurries of heartbeats, the drying of new born wings, and those connections within…only stronger and more loving each time to create another journey to find that unconditional in us all πŸ˜€ ❀
Lovely to hear the brushstrokes of your writing again Sheri, and the wings of the wisdom you have become ❀
